Given the task of designing a more functional, integrated, capable body camera, Ehren first defined the architecture and major components of the SecuraShot body camera. Once the industrial design, key features, and major component challenges were identified, we formed the team that would bring this to life.

Ehren assembled a 6-person development team that delivered a functional prototype in less than 2 months:
- 2-axis stabilized gimbal with custom motors
- Machined housing and components to meet ID spec
- PCB layout, fabrication, assembly, and bring-up
- Embedded Linux O/S, camera drivers, build environment
- Custom radio protocol & long-range coms infrastructure
With first layout traces started October 1, 2017, a functional prototype was available for demonstration by CES 2018 (January 6, 2018).
